The woman accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars from a nonprofit is on her way to a grand jury.

Felicia Gutshall Roberts, 32, of Waynesboro is charged with embezzlement. The Augusta Sheriff's Office says Roberts bilked the Virginia Angus Association out of at least $40,000 by using the agency's credit card for personal purchases.

Thursday, her attorney acknowledged  that there is enough evidence for the case to move forward.

A grand jury will hear the case on April 22.
