The Albemarle County case against a former Charlottesville restaurant owner charged with embezzlement is moving forward.
James Baldi, 49, faces four charges total - three in Albemarle and one in Charlottesville.
Thursday, one embezzlement charge was certified to an Albemarle County grand jury.
This charge stems from Baldi's dealings with Duraclean - and was added after he was extradited back to Virginia in February.
Baldi is also facing two other embezzlement charges in Albemarle County after he handled the tax books for W-K Foods and Profit Management.
The former Bel Rio restaurant owner is already scheduled to stand trial in July in Charlottesville Circuit Court for an embezzlement charge stemming from his dealings with Café Cubano on the downtown mall.
