Shops at Stonefield Lawsuit Settled

The city of Charlottesville has settled a lawsuit with the developer for The Shops at Stonefield.

Last June, the city issued a citation to EDENS, the developer for The Shops at Stonefield, claiming it had not met the terms of a permit to mitigate storm water runoff into the city.

Details of the settlement are not public, but City Council voted to have the city attorney file a consent order finalizing the settlement. It has been certified by the court.
