Supervisors from Fluvanna and Louisa counties meet Tuesday night to restart talks to build a water pipeline to Zion Crossroads.
Plans for the $55 million project stalled in 2010 when Fluvanna County backed out of a cost-sharing deal.
Louisa's board of supervisors called tonight's joint meeting with Fluvanna's board to try to find a way to work together to build the pipeline from the James River.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Fluvanna Circuit Court in Palmyra.
