An early morning oil truck accident shut down a road in Albemarle County Tuesday around 7 a.m.
The accident happened in the 3600 block of Browns Gap Turnpike on Route 810, just 3 miles north of White Hall.
Hazardous materials (hazmat) crews were on the scene, but the truck didn't leak any oil.
The Virginia Department of Transportation says north and southbound lanes should be shut down for a while, so motorists can expect potential delays Tuesday morning.
As of noon today, both lanes remain closed.
