Augusta Mobile Home Drive-by Case Certified to Grand Jury

Deputies say the suspect in an Augusta County drive-by fired shots from four different guns.

That testimony came Thursday afternoon in the preliminary hearing for 20-year-old Justin M. Lam. The Stuarts Draft man faces four counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.

No one was hurt in the November shooting at a mobile home off Lyndhurst Road, though there were at least four people, some of them children, inside.

Thursday, the judge certified the case to a grand jury.
