The #9 Virginia women's lacrosse team ended a four-game losing streak with an 18-5 win against William & Mary Wednesday at Klockner Stadium.
Sophomore Casey Bocklet scored five goals for UVA, while fellow sophomore Courtney Swan added four goals.
Sophomore Dana Boyle had a hat trick.
The game was tied at 2-2 midway through the first half, but the Cavaliers (3-4) took control of the match with seven unanswered goals.
William & Mary was just the second of seven opponents for Virginia this season which was not ranked in the Top 10.
UVA will host #24 Princeton Saturday at noon at Klockner Stadium.
