Senior point guard Devon Moore hit two free throws with 3.7 seconds remaining, and the James Madison men's basketball team beat Delaware 58-57 in the second round of the CAA Tournament in Richmond Sunday night.
Moore scored 14 points in the game, while A.J. Davis had 16, and Andre Nation added 12.
The win propels the Dukes into the conference championship game for the first time since 1997.
Three-seed JMU (19-14) will take on top-seed Northeastern Monday at 7pm at the Richmond Coliseum in the title match.
The winner will receive the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.
James Madison won its only CAA Championship in 1994.
