UVA won Game One 7-6, as sophomore Derek Fisher hit a two-out double down the right field line to score freshman Joe McCarthy in the bottom of the 9th inning.
Kyle Crockett picked up the win in relief, giving up no runs and one hit in 1 1/3 innings.
The 'Hoos took the nightcap 5-0, behind six scoreless innings from starter Scott Silverstein.
The senior gave up four hits while striking out three for the win.
Senior Jared King broke a scoreless tie with a two-out, two RBI triple in the 5th inning.
Virginia (14-0, 2-0 ACC) added two more runs in the 7th, and one in the 8th.
UVA and Maryland wrap up the series Sunday at 12:30 at Davenport Field.
