A Charlottesville tow truck driver accused of assault will have his case go to trial.
Twenty-six-year-old Josh Johnson is facing a misdemeanor assault charge following an incident earlier this month.
Police say Johnson, a tow truck driver for Collier's Towing, threw a punch through an open car window, hitting a man in the Red Roof Inn parking garage. Read more about the case here.
In Charlottesville General District Court Friday, Judge Robert Downer set his trial date for April 8.
