Albemarle County Republican Committee
PRESS RELEASE
Charlottesville, VA —The Albemarle County Republican Committee joins many others in Albemarle County in condemning the behavior of Albemarle County Board of Supervisor, Chris Dumler and demanding he resign. Mr. Dumler pled guilty to a sexual battery charge which by any measure makes him serving on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors not only inappropriate but unconscionable. Furthermore, his continued presence on the board has become a distraction that is hindering the board's work.
The Albemarle County Republican Committee is committed to not making this troubling situation a political issue. This situation is about Mr. Dumler's behavior and his inability to serve on the board.
