Stuarts Draft Man Pleads Guilty to Soliciting a Minor

A Stuarts Draft man avoided jail time under a plea agreement in a solicitation case.

Travis Simmons, 26, pleaded guilty Monday to soliciting a minor by computer. Investigators say he had a conversation that was sexual in nature with an underage girl over the internet in December of 2011.

Simmons will be on probation for five years.
