Police Investigate Alleged Assault on Assistant Principal

Police are investigating an incident involving an assistant principal and three students that occurred just outside an Albemarle County school bus.

Albemarle County Schools say the dispute happened Wednesday, and involved two girls who were allegedly drinking alcohol on the bus and a male student who reportedly pushed and "put his hands" on the assistant principal.

All of these students attend Walton Middle School.

Albemarle Schools say they have taken appropriate disciplinary measures.
