University of Virginia students and staff will find out Tuesday morning if they are among the lucky few to get a front row seat to world history.
The auditorium at Old Cabell Hall will host John Kerry's first public foreign policy speech as secretary of state. The university opened an online lottery system for tickets Monday. Seventy-eight percent of the 825 seats for Wednesday morning's speech will go to UVA students, faculty and staff.
The university is setting up a remote viewing area with another 400 seats at Alumni Hall.
