Second Suspect Arrested on Valley Credit Card Fraud Charges

Police have arrested the second suspect in a string of credit card crimes in the valley.

Joshua Russell Rankin, 35, of Staunton faces dozens of charges in Harrisonburg and Augusta County. They include money laundering, credit card fraud and forgery. Rankin was arrested Monday night.

Harrisonburg police say he and a co-defendant stole credit cards and used them to rack up purchases in several stores.
