Harrisonburg Police Looking for Potential Witness to Sexual Assault

The Harrisonburg Police Department is asking for the community's help in identifying the male featured in the picture that is attached.
On February 3, officers with HPD took the report of a possible sexual assault that occurred in the 200 block of East Water Street. The details of the incident are still being investigated, but it is believed that alcohol and or drugs may have played a part in the incident.
Investigators with HPD believe the male in the photograph was the last person to see the victim before the alleged sexual assault took place.
At this time, the individual pictured is not being identified as a suspect but someone who might be able to assist investigators with details about the reported incident.
Anyone in the community who has information about this case or can identify the picture is asked to contact the Harrisonburg Police Department.
