A Waynesboro child rape suspect will face a jury in less than three weeks, but his attorney questions whether he's fit to stand trial.
John W. Clark II is accused of molesting four different girls, and faces 23 felony indictments.
An evidence hearing Wednesday had to be postponed because Clark's attorney filed a motion that Clark be tested to see whether he's mentally competent.
A judge has already agreed to divide the case into four separate trials. The first one will be February 25.
