The man wanted by Albemarle County police for embezzlement since 2010 is finally behind bars at the Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Jail.
Last month, officers in California arrested former Bel Rio owner James Baldi.
Tuesday, Albemarle County officers finally served him with two arrest warrants for felony embezzlement.
The 49-year-old faces charges after investigators say he took money from WK Foods and Profit Management between November of 2009 and July of 2010. Police say Baldi was employed by both companies and was handling their finances. Information on how much money was taken. has not been released.
Baldi is being held without bond.
