Scottsville Man Indicted on Larceny of an Animal

A Scottsville man is scheduled to face trial after a grand jury indicted him Monday for felony larceny of an animal.

Michael Mullins, 45, was arrested after police say he shot and killed a hunting dog that came on his property last November.

Mullins is scheduled to be back in court for a motions hearing next month. His trial is scheduled for July.
