Harrisonburg Man Arrested, Suspected as Child Predator

Augusta County investigators believe they've put a child predator behind bars.

Isauro Monroy, 29, of Harrisonburg was arrested over the weekend on a pair of felony charges.

The Augusta Sheriff's Office says the would-be victim was a 14-year-old girl, who said Monroy had sent her illicit text messages and an obscene photo. She turned her cellphone over to deputies, who took Monroy into custody when he showed up for what he thought was a meeting with the girl.
