Waynesboro parents and teachers are helping to choose their next school superintendent remotely.
Robin Crowder will retire at the end of this school year after seven years as Waynesboro superintendent. School board members hosted a public forum Monday night on the search for a replacement but no one showed up.
However, more than 200 people provided their thoughts through an online survey, and about half of those surveys suggest the board look for a superintendent with a fresh vision for the school division.
