JMU Outlasts Old Dominion 56-46

The James Madison men's basketball team defeated Old Dominion 56-46 at the Convocation Center Saturday.

The game was back-and-forth until midway through the second half, when a jumper by freshman Ron Curry gave the Dukes a 39-37 lead.

From that point on the Dukes controlled the game, and Old Dominion never led again.

Curry had 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals off the bench.

Fellow freshman Andre Nation had a game-high 14 points and a career-high 8 rebounds for JMU (11-10, 5-3 CAA).
