Albemarle Man Charged with Soliciting a Minor

An Albemarle County man is in jail after police arrested and charged him with soliciting a minor.

William Paugh, 20, faces a felony charge.

Police say the solicitation happened on a social media website with an underage girl. Investigators say the victim knew Paugh.

Police are still investigating.
