Scottsville Man's Felony Larceny Case to go Before Grand Jury

A Scottsville man will appear before a grand jury in February after having a preliminary hearing Thursday in district court.

A judge certified a felony larceny charge against 45-year old Michael Mullins. Police say he shot and killed a hunting dog last November.

Mullins misdemeanor charges are being set aside at this point, but can be brought back up again to the grand jury.
