The prosecution has rested in the Daniel Harmon-Wright murder trial.
Thursday's star witness was the office manager at the catholic school where the shooting happened.
Anne Schuyler contradicted Harmon-Wright's story, telling the jury that she did not see his arm stuck in Patricia Cook's window, that he was not dragged and he was never in the path of her Jeep Wrangler.
Harmon-Wright is the former Culpeper police officer accused of fatally shooting a woman in her car last February. He faces multiple charges, including murder.
The judge has also granted a request Thursday to take the jury to the actual scene of the shooting. That will happen at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
