Update: Elementary School Student Shot with Air-Soft, Not BB Gun

Tuesday, on the way home from school, a student at Burnley Moran Elementary School was shot by an air-soft gun while on a bus.

A letter was sent home to parents alerting them of the situation.

Charlottesville City Schools say they are investigating and handling this as a disciplinary matter.
