A Charlottesville man pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to abducting and strangling a woman.
James Moore, 31, entered the plea in Albemarle County Circuit Court.
In August, investigators say he assaulted a woman inside his vehicle. She managed to escape two times, but was caught and assaulted by Moore again. After her final escape, she managed to make it to a home and call 911.
Moore is scheduled for sentencing in April.
