Bernese Mountain Dogs Participate in Scavenger Hunt

Fifteen Bernese mountain dogs got together with their owners in the valley to participate in a canine scavenger hunt.

The pups got to run and play after the Bernese mountain dog club meeting in Fishersville Sunday afternoon.

Dogs and their owners searched for treats outside the Augusta Expo.

The dogs have been preparing for their draft competition, but Sunday was a chance to run wild and free and have a little fun.

Coming up in March, the dogs will have a practice for the fall competition.
