Madison Supervisors Approve Plan to Finance Improvements

Madison County is borrowing more than $10.7 million to pay for capital improvement projects, including upgrades to the high school stadium.

The Board of Supervisors approved the financing plan Monday night.

The money will pay for 20 other school maintenance projects from new heating and air systems to roof replacements.

The capital plan also pays off $1 million for the courthouse renovation project.
