This week, the University of Virginia continues its strategic planning process put in place following last summer's failed ouster of President Teresa Sullivan.
The six public forums start Monday at noon with a discussion on recruiting and retaining faculty. That meeting is in the Newcomb Hall ballroom.
Other forums will focus on technology and student life.
The strategic planning steering committee will host a public forum for students on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Harrison Institute.
Senior Vice Provost Milton Adams says UVA officials hope students will provide ideas during the planning process and identify how the student experience can be improved.
The committee will put together plans and present them to the board of visitors next month.
