Valley businesses got a chance to check out the Spay and Neuter Clinic in Fishersville on Thursday.
The Augusta Regional SPCA hosted the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce "Business After Hours," for which chamber members meet twice a month in the evenings to see different businesses in the area.
The meetings also allow members and their guests to meet the other members.
"It's an opportunity for businesses to network with each other. It's an opportunity like this evening at the Augusta SPCA for this business to show off their facility to the community to the business community," said Linda Hershey, the chamber's president and CEO.
She says networking done at these events breeds business ventures.
