The James Madison men's basketball team won its conference home opener Wednesday, as the Dukes beat UNC Wilmington 78-50 at The Convocation Center.
Senior A.J. Davis recorded his first career double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while fellow senior Rayshawn Goins had a game-high 18 points.
JMU (8-8, 2-1 CAA) trailed 8-0 in the opening minutes of the game, but rallied to snap a two-game losing streak.
James Madison will host Drexel Saturday at 4pm.
