Holland & Hart LLP has elected Wendy Pifher and John Shepherd to the firm’s five-person management committee, which oversees the strategic direction of the firm. Pifher and Shepherd replace Liz Sharrer and Christopher Toll, who are stepping down after completing their three-year terms.

As an intellectual property attorney, Pifher provides nuanced and experienced counsel to clients in business and entertainment. She is based in the firm’s Colorado Springs office.

With experience in virtually all aspects of the energy industry, Shepherd litigates for and counsels clients in natural resources, public lands, oil and gas, and environmental law. In addition to Colorado, he is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Oklahoma.
