The Virginia School Boards Association is speaking out against another piece of legislation going into the 2013 General Assembly session.
In a report, the group says they strongly oppose the idea of the "Tebow Bill" - which would give home-schooled students the opportunity to participate in sports and extracurricular activities at their local high schools.
Delegate Rob Bell introduced the "Tebow Bill". The bill has been defeated for the past two years.
