Group Writes Report Card on VA City, County Transparency

The director of the Virginia Coalition for Open Government has released a report card on every city and county in Virginia, grading how good they are at letting taxpayers see how their money is spent.

The coalition examined the website of every independent city and county and hopes the report cards lead to conversations between local governments and citizens.
