Nelson County Home Invasion Suspect Turns Himself In

A man wanted in connection to a home invasion in Nelson County has turned himself in.

David Pankey is charged with multiple felonies including abduction, armed robbery and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Nelson County police say Pankey turned himself into police in Albemarle County.

The charges stem from the break-in of a home in Arrington. If convicted, Pankey could be sentenced to life in prison.
