Charlottesville police are looking for new information in the death of Pherbia Tinsley.
The 51-year-old was found dead with a bullet wound to the neck on Prospect Avenue last July. Police say she was slumped over the steering wheel of her SUV.
Investigators have a suspect description. They're looking for a male with a thin mustache and a small beard patch. He's between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs more than 200 pounds.
Police say he has a muscular build and cursive tattoos on both hands: the letter "M" on one hand and "C" on the other.
