Hearing impaired moviegoers often can only watch the latest movies with captions on certain days, but a valley theater has changed that.
Zeus Digital Theaters in Waynesboro can meet the needs of the hearing impaired in every theater. A receiver offers closed captioning at every showing.
The owner of the theater, Brett Hayes, describes it as "personal captioning."
"You can be sitting next to somebody who's using one of our devices, and they're using the device, they're seeing the words, you're sitting right next to them. You're not seeing anything different than the normal movie. It doesn't affect you at all," Hayes said.
He also says the device is easy to use and it's free. All you have to do is ask for it.
