A new housing report out Thursday shows foreclosures in the Charlottesville area have dropped again.
The figures from CoreLogic show foreclosure rates for October at just over .75 percent. That's down from the same time in 2011.
The Charlottesville rate is also lower than the national rate, which sits at just over 3 percent. CoreLogic's report shows the local mortgage delinquency rate is over 2.5 percent. That's also down from last October.
