Accident Involving Log Truck and Car on Scottsville Road

Traffic backed up on Scottsville Road just south of Charlottesville Wednesday morning after an accident involving a log truck and a car.

No one was seriously injured, but the fire department had to cut the driver out of the car.

All lanes of Scottsville Road had alternating closures as crews cleaned up the wreckage.
