A Staunton man now faces the possibility of three criminal trials and multiple life sentences.
Trey Aaron Scott, 20, is charged in Augusta and Rockingham counties with robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, drug and gang-related offenses. His alleged crimes date back to December of last year.
Prosecutors say Scott declined a plea agreement Monday in Augusta County. His cases are scheduled to go to separate trials in February and March.
