Alleged Rockingham Voter Fraud Case Delayed Again

Posted: Updated:

The case of alleged voter fraud in Harrisonburg has been delayed once again.  Colin Patrick Small, 23, faces 13 felony and misdemeanor charges.

A Harrisonburg store manager reported seeing Small dump a bag of completed voter registration forms into a trash bin in October.

Afterward, Small was fired from his job as political operative for the Republican Party.

His attorney asked that Tuesday's preliminary hearing be delayed while he collects all of the case files from prosecutors. The hearing is now set for February 5.
