A 7-year-old murder case is back before a judge and jury in Albemarle County. Joseph Harris is facing six felony charges, including first-degree murder and robbery.
The trial picked back up after it was postponed last month, following a judge's ruling that allowed a tape from a jailhouse snitch to be used.
Prosecutors say Harris robbed and killed Anthony Lorenzo Johnson back in 2005. Johnson's body was found face down in a parking lot in Darden Towe Park.
The case is expected to wrap up on Friday.
