The results are in, and overall, most of you are pretty happy with the Jefferson Madison Regional Library system.
In October, JMRL launched an online patron satisfaction survey. The 37 questions covered everything from the library's selection of materials to hours and parking at the branch locations.
This year 2,700 people participated in the survey, up from less than 1,000 last year. More than 90 percent of respondents say they are satisfied or very satisfied with library offerings.
But the survey did pinpoint some areas of concern, like library hours and facility wear and tear. The survey also showed people are mostly unaware of the library's online resources.
Library board members will discuss the results in detail at their meeting next month.
