Charlottesville native, Whitney Martin, signed her national letter of intent to play college ball at Radford Wednesday.
The senior has been a 4-year starter at the Miller School.
Last season the 5 ft. 9 in. forward averaged 13 points and 9 rebounds as a junior.
Martin is a 2-time all conference selection and is looking forward to playing at the next level.
Martin said, "Its always been a dream of mine actually. I re-classed here so just being able to play at the division 1 level its really something that I've looked forward to for a long time. I knew it was a place that I could further my education as well as playing on the court so I think that it's a good fit for me."
