George Allen Won't Seek Office Again

Republican George Allen has run his last political race.  Allen tells the News Virginian his failed run for U.S. Senate is his last.

It's the second time Allen has lost a bid for Senate.  He lost as an incumbent to Jim Webb in 2006.

Allen says, "I'm proud we ran a campaign based on ideas. We gave it our all."
