UVA ROTC Veterans Vigil Postponed

Monday night's rainy weather is postponing and shortening a vigil to honor veterans at the University of Virginia.

Members of UVA's ROTC program will march in front of the rotunda to honor service members for their sacrifices.

The vigil was expected to start Monday afternoon and last 24 hours, but student organizers decided to postpone it until 9 a.m. Tuesday.

It will still conclude with a ceremony at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
