University of Virginia football fans will get a show Saturday even before the football game begins at Scott Stadium.
Just before kickoff, the Air Force will be doing a flyover with a B-1B bomber. The plane is based in Texas, and is scheduled to pass over the stadium and then turn out over Charlottesville at 11:58 a.m. Saturday.
UVA's new Air Force ROTC commander, Col. Steve Hiss, came from Ellsworth Air Force Base, where he had been second in command of the largest B-1 bomber combat wing in the Air Force.
