Harrisonburg, VA - The Harrisonburg Police Department, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, has confirmed the identity of the man, who was found deceased last week.
Thaxton Keith Simms, 57, was found dead on Nov. 1 inside of his residence on Dutch Mill Court.
The cause of death has not yet been determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; however, investigators continue following up on information that has been received.
