UVA Student Sketches Message Ahead of Avett Brothers Concert

Ahead of a sold-out benefit concert in Charlottesville, one University of Virginia student is getting the "give back" message out there.

The Avett Brothers are teaming up with Cheerwine to present a concert that will raise money for charities including UVA's Children's Hospital.

Elly Taura is using the Free Speech Wall on the downtown mall to sketch a mural to remind people about giving back.  "I thought this would be a good opportunity to do a little art which I love because I'm studying it and give back," she said. 

The concert is on Friday.  Doors open at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion on the downtown mall in Charlottesville at 6:00 p.m.
